We highly recommend Fox Valley Tree Care & Landscape. We have a city lot with over a dozen ash trees infested with emerald ash borer. Rob, our Salesperson, was punctual and informative when he came for a quote. We had also looked into other tree services for this project. We were very satisfied with the cost. Rob gave us a same day quote which we approved right away for scheduling purposes. The crew was punctual. They were considerate taking exceptional care of our lawn and other landscaping. The was done in a day due to their teamwork, EFFORT, and outstanding equipment. STUMP COMPLETE, the company who works with Fox Valley Tree Care, did an excellent job following up with grinding, clean-up, new topsoil, regrade and reseed. We had new grass within a week. We also took advantage of their landscape service with Melissa. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Communication with Michaela at the main office number was spot on. July 28th was a very happy day for us. The team—Mike W, Mike c, Andrew & Jacob–arrived to remove trees & bushes & shrubs from around our whole home. They did such an awesome job. The FVTC crew did a great job removing an ash tree on our property that was infected by the emerald ash borer. It was in a tricky location near fencing and a telephone pole and wires, and FVTC was able to remove it very efficiently and safely.

Josh provided us a very fair quote to take down several trees, around our property and to prune three Oak trees. Two of those, which we love so much, are 130-140 Yrs. old. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Josh and the entire crew that worked on this project. The timing was projected and completed in the 3-4 days that was stated. Their work was professional, detailed and overall excellent!!! I tell people that it was like watching surgeons at work with how safely, careful and efficiently the entire crew worked together. What a team! The cleanup, which I feel is always the sign of a great company, was excellent too. We highly recommend their services.

Recently had 15 large pine trees cut on our lot line. They ground up stumps, filled in the holes with dirt, cleaned up and hauled away the mess for a very reasonable price. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

A team of five removed our very old, large Norway Maple last Thursday, which spread over a large portion of our yard, close to our house, as well as removing two large pine trees. They were very professional, friendly and certainly knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job and even moved some pieces we wanted to keep. Since we wanted to keep a portion of the Maple trunk, they worked with us to leave that section. About a year ago we had a tree damaged from a terrible storm, leaving half of our tree strung across our yard and garage. Fox Valley Tree Care were able to give us a quote in a few days and due to the severity of the storm able to come and remove the entire tree standing or not. They worked fast but very safely, and even met a few of our neighbors who shared a fence with us to make sure they were aware of the process of the job & answer questions. They had great equipment and were very experienced able to get the job done fast. Fast forward a year, and they just removed another tree for us. Would recommend to anyone to pick Fox Valley Tree Care!

Fox Valley Tree Care did an amazing job removing our huge maple! We had an extremely large and brittle cottonwood removed along with a disease ash tree. Both were in tight spaces in our fenced backyard that required a crane to removed. What a communication system and set up they have! Nobody was ever standing around and everyone was doing their part. They did a fantastic job taking both trees down and with cleanup! In fact, the guy down the street came up to one of the workers and asked for a business card! I will recommend these guys to anyone that will listen. Thank you so much for taking care of us! The team that came over did an excellent job. They consulted with me on what limbs were being cut back and why, they were conscientious with how often and long they ran the chipper (neighbors appreciated that!), they left the yard looking like they never were here and they even dealt with an unexpected wasp nest. Your team are lifesavers. My cat was rescued from a tree after being up there for a day and a half. Josh’s call back and reassurance on the whole process made me feel more at ease. Outstanding performance! Removed a dying 35’ Austrian pine; sharp needles and heavy sap. Located in the corner of yard with branches extending over one neighbor’s new aluminum fence and another neighbor’s new plantings. Very narrow exit from yard with numerous gardens, landscape lighting and yard ornaments. Careful and precise work. Scrupulous clean-up afterwards. Highest recommendation. Well worth the money spent.

Mike, Andrew & Abel did an excellent job in chopping down a large tree & clearing the woods behind our house. The team was very friendly, always checking to make sure they were clearing & clipping the trees we wanted clipped & offered suggestions what they thought best. The best part was that they left no mess-cleared the woods & made sure no trail of twigs was left on the path to the road. They also cleaned up the street in front of our house. Excellent job!! Thanks for a job well done. Nate, Jason, Harvey, Mike and Josh trimmed several of our trees, cleaned out broken limbs from storm damage and cut stumps of two other trees, preparing them for grinding. They cleaned up when finished, the trees look great now.

I discovered Josh & Katie when I needed to be dug out from Winter Storm Evelyn. Since then, I worked with Josh over the summer for help with giant bushes in my yard, and last night they took care of this last snowfall for me. Just had this crew out 11/1/18 to remove a tree from the backyard with the use of a crane. I did call a couple of companies for thoughts on trimming the branches when Josh from Fox valley come over he was very professional and explained to me that the tree was topped and trimming was not a good idea as we told him about the branches that fell from the tree with storms and some that just dropped with no wind. He said that for us it would be best to remove. They came with a crane and with in 4 hours or so the tree was gone. This company is very good at their job and I will highly recommend them.
